NYK (Nippon Yusen Kabushiki Kaisha) is one of the world’s leading transportation companies. They operate c800 major ocean vessels, as well as fleets of planes and trucks. Their RORO division (Roll On, Roll Off) is the world’s largest ocean carrier of its kind.

We helped this furniture company alleviate the stress on their customer helplines by creating a bespoke order-tracking system which kept consumers informed and up to date – and phone lines open for other enquiries.

The Connected-York App is the brain-child of We-Are-Connected – a small start-up with a passion for retail and in particular, independent retail. Their goal is to create a better platform for businesses to communicate with a city’s resident population and visitors.
